This is a personal project but I wanted to share incase anyone has a need for a fish feeder to help grow their pond. Much heavier than what you can buy online. I can make this reach much further if desired and add gussett which will give it an industrial look.

I was asked this week what Southern Sky specializes in. The short answer is customer satisfaction. The long answer a healthy mix of welding, carpentry, fabrication, painting, and sandblasting.

 One of today’s projects involved mating an existing spline shaft with another gear set to regear a transmission for lower end torque. This required “out of the box thinking” to machine and keep such a high level of precision.

Another custom project completed by Southern Sky Sandblasting.

This timber frame water tank cover was designed and fabricated to provide long-lasting protection for the tank while adding a clean, rustic appearance to the property. We also formed and poured the concrete foundation to create a solid, level base for the tank.

What a cool gate! You won’t find another like it in our area. The camera has a hard time picking up the angle surfaces from a distance but this is a cool diamond edge look. These gates an incredibly strong as well and will last a lifetime.Southern Sky also installed all electronics and made matching solar panel stand and keypad stand.
