At around 3:45pm today a DD50 was stolen from an old man around windward mall. By a teenager that had unplugged his ignition and pretended to help the man fix it so the old man put the key into his bike and the kid rode off with it.
The DD50 is dark blue and has red strips on the back panels and has a phone mount with a ziplock bag around it. It also has a toy glued to the brake master cylinder. Also on the rear mud flap there is his name glued on a name plate that says MOSES ****** security officer. If you see this kid call 911 or if you have any info on the whereabouts please message me. This is his main source of transportation and he doesn’t have much money for a new one.
