The Chevy lineup is wider than most people remember.

You can walk a Chevy lot and see a Trax around twenty grand, a Corvette over a hundred, and a ZR2 with locking diffs all wearing the same badge.

People hear Chevy and picture Silverados. Trucks are still what move most weeks, fair.

But the off-road side alone has more steps than most folks realize.

Z71 is the entry - better shocks, hill descent, skid plates.

Trail Boss adds a factory two-inch lift and Rancho dampers on the Silverado. ZR2 on the Colorado is the real off-road trim - Multimatic DSSV shocks, front and rear locking differentials, 33-inch Goodyear Territory MTs.

Each one is a real step, not a sticker package.

EVs have come a long way too. Blazer EV, Equinox EV, Silverado EV. Range and pricing are in a different place than they were two years ago.

There’s a lot of Colorado trucks on the lot right now, so it’s easy to see some of the differences between the different models.

The Trail Boss is more of the everyday truck. Lifted a little higher, tougher look, still super easy to live with day to day.

The ZR2 is the more aggressive one - wider stance, more off-road focused, and definitely the one people stop and look at when it pulls up.

Honestly though, the reason so many people end up liking the Colorado is the size. Still feels like a real truck, but way easier to deal with around town and parking lots than a full-size truck.

Especially out here.
