DLA ( Dislocation Allowance) is intended to provide financial assistance for the costs incurred during a household move, including temporary lodging, storage, rental vehicles, suitcases/totes and other expenses.
Service members with dependents are usually eligible for DLA, which is determined by their rank and family status.

One of the most convenient options available here at Fabulouz Car Rentals LLC is to have your vehicle ready and waiting at the airport, eliminating the need to stand in line or wait to complete paperwork which can take up to 2 hours sometimes here in Honolulu.
Upon arrival, simply collect your bags from baggage claim and proceed to the terminal to pick up your vehicle at your convenience.
