Its things like this that slow progress down. But everything must be checked if you expect it to live long. Reaction carrier was rough, had to turn it down some to smooth it up. New band checked servo pin travel used a modified 4l80 cover for a checker. 5/16 bolt to 55 in lb and a hole to measure. Spec is 0.125-0.175. This was 0.256. Gm made 7 different pins at one point couldn't find any so. Off to the tig welder it was. Welded the end up. Turned it down to fit and got it within spec. Faster than tracking down a hard to find pin.

Slow process but building up a super nice th400. Modified 400 direct to use a 4l80e 34 element sprag, extra clutchs, full rollerized, sfi bell, all new bushings, seals, gaskets. Rollering it takes almost all the radial play out of the rotating units. Less rotational friction too. If your th400 is eating crank thrust bearings check the converter charge port this new race modified one came with just slightly undersized of stock still too large for high line pressure.

I've been lazy about posting much on here lately. We will still be selling nitrous this year and 110 race gas by the gallon. I will do my best to make the big events at Twin River again this year. But also plan to travel some outside of twin river. The car may make an appearance late in the year got prolonged due to an overly expensive cummins conversion project.

We will be hosting an event at Twin River Raceway again this year. Rules and classes will be posted within a week or so but wanted to let everyone know about it. May 13th, 2023 is when we have it scheduled for. We had a great 1st event there last. Looking to make this one even bigger. More cars, more sponsors, more payout is the plan!

We will be at Twin River Raceway this sat for Nightmare On Your Street $3k race. Will be filling nitrous on site $5.50 lb. Race specials as it's the last race I plan to set up at this season: all t shirts $20 normally $25. Have a couple hoodies $35 was $40. Sat only 1 full drum of renegade 110 never opened $550 cash. Normally $575. Will have Stripper Glitter $50 gal. Set of 460 ford D0VE heads big valves dual springs 7/16 studs. Light port work, Needs valve job. $400 set. Will have about 20 gal of 110 sold by the gal $11 per gal.
