Hello everyone 😃 I hope our community is staying as safe and healthy as possible! We have gotten a few phone calls asking if we are open so we decided to make a public FB post.
Auto Repair has been deemed as essential under the Federal Government. We are staying open for as long as we can and are committed to keeping our customers and employees safe from exposure while making sure your vehicles are running and maintained 👨🏻🔧🚗
We know that some of you are still considered essential employees and have to get to work and back home daily. Many of you need your cars to run essential errands, go to the grocery store, or maybe get out for a ski or a beach walk (at appropriate distances from others) for some fresh air 🏔⛷
💥We offer no contact drop off and pick up. You can get your car fixed without ever needing to enter our repair facility. Here’s how:
👉🏼Place your keys into one of the envelopes filled out with your name, phone number and what service/repair is needed and drop them through the front door slot that we use for after hours drop-offs.
👉🏼All communication can be done over phone, text or email.
👉🏼We are also able to take payments over the phone and through a virtual payment portal!
💥💥💥Here at Redline Automotive, we are taking precautions with all our interactions. Some of the sanitary precautions we take:
👉🏼We use a fresh seat cover for every vehicle we service.
👉🏼We put on a new pair of gloves for each vehicle.
👉🏼We disinfect every surface we touch inside each vehicle.
👉🏼We disinfect all keys after receiving them and after we are done with the vehicle.
👉🏼We sanitize the office after every customer.
We are committed to keeping our customers and employees as safe as possible in these unfamiliar times.
