Not only do we have a Vac Truck 🚛, but we also have a Vac Trailer-- a smaller version of the Truck we showed you a few weeks ago. Check out the Trailer on its first job, in June. Franklin Shaffer's Crew was able to take the Vac Trailer out for its first day of work!

Get to know our Team...
Meet Scott Gregory!

Scott joined the Shadco Team after working in the coal mines for several years. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, he was happy to share that he gets to have "new experiences every day". When he isn't working, Scott enjoys hunting, spending time with his family, and vacationing with his wife, Tammy. When asked "this or that," Scott shared that he prefers coffee over energy drinks and working in the heat vs. the cold. His favorite food is homemade Ham Loaf with Cheesy Potatoes, and his favorite TV show is NCIS. Scott is "66 years old and still going strong!" We are so happy to have you on our Team, Scott; thank you for 10 years of service!

Ever wondered what a Vac Truck does?

Imagine a giant vacuum cleaner on wheels 🚛. A Vac Truck uses powerful suction to remove liquids, mud, debris, and waste from work sites and underground systems, then safely transports the material for proper disposal. It's an essential tool for keeping jobsites clean, safe, and productive.

Meet Harry Shaffer, Jr!

Harry, who also goes by J.R., joined this line of work after hearing more about it from a friend. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, he was happy to share his “coworker”. When he isn’t working, J.R. enjoys camping and spending time with his grandbabies. When asked “this or that,” J.R. shared that he prefers texting over calling, and camping over staying in a hotel. His favorite food is Hot Sausage Pizza, his “go-to” music while working is Country Rock, and his favorite TV show is Landman. It’s awesome to have you on our Team, J.R.; thank you for 15 years of service!
