When you need a big drill bit, make one! We needed to clean out these rusty #911 torsion tubes, so we welded a bit to a long shaft to make things easier.

A lifetime of impatience is visible on this worn MGA reverse gear when compared to the NOS replacement we will be fitting. Always remember to let tour MGA come to a complete stop before putting it into reverse, as there is no synchro to help align the gears.
