On average a customer will visit 10 dealerships either in person or online! We hear it all the time, “I’ll come back tomorrow” and usually half the time we never hear from them again or they buy somewhere else.

When you see salesmen desperate to close RIGHT THAT MOMENT, it can feel high pressure and off putting.

I never try and push someone into closing a deal or making a decision in a hurry. My job is to get you all the information I can and help you make the best decision for yourself (even if that means sometimes I don’t get the sale).

Of course, I would love to be able to sell a customer a vehicle the same day they stop in but that just isn’t how it works for everyone and I understand and respect that.

A few ways to help ensure you don’t end up like the guy who always says his customers are coming back but they never do down below! 👇

• Build great report with the customer
• Always follow up with a thank you after they leave
• Make sure you give them all the information they needed in a physical form
