Hey Junk’Ems Family!
We unfortunately will not be able to run route this week on Thursday or Friday.
Upon inspection coming back to the lot we have found these country roads have cracked our rear axel in 3 places!
This unfortunately means we aren’t safe enough to drive, and have A LOT of work ahead of us to be running next week!
As usual, we will be taking double next week for you guys! We apologize for the inconvenience!

All routes will be ran normal, since the holiday is on the weekend!

We ask that you please ensure any firework debri is completely put out and no longer warm before placing it into the trash! We prefer our trash trucks not on fire!

Our truck is back and running after a lot of hard work and helpful hands! The support from most has been amazing and I thank ya’ll!
The rest of the week we will be up and running as usual. Next week we will be doing double on Monday and Tuesday!
We apologize for the inconvenience this has placed on many, but it was something that honestly shocked us as much as everyone else.
We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as many know this bad run is NOT how we operate!
In 5 years we have only been down for maintenance reasons a handful of times… and it has really hit us these last 2 months.
We appreciate you all as customers and neighbors!

* For those that believe your business is better elsewhere, please let us know. Unfortunately supporting a small business can have its downs along with ups sometimes.

Hello Junk’Ems Family,
We are avidly working on the truck today and should hopefully be up and running… this does mean we may miss some customers today, on Tuesday.
As always if you are missed we will pick up double next week.
We know this is a pain, but I promise we are doing our best to mitigate the issue as fast as possible.

Looks like we will not be running route today, Monday, as we came out to the truck being damaged!

Edit: We understand everyone’s frustration as we are beyond frustrated ourselves! When these things happen, our first thought is of you guys, and the bind it puts you in. When things aren’t perfect it makes it harder on everyone. So we appreciate everyones patience and understanding as things happen no matter how hard we try to prevent them.

~Hello Family~
We will be seeing everyone this week! We let our normal driver have a week off for vacation… This means the owner will be driving, and route may be ran in a different way.
Please have everything curbside by 6 am, and keep in mind some routes take 14 hours!
Please give us the full day before reaching out to us! If you are missed it is probably due to non-payment, or in ability to access your trash!
It would be most helpful to make sure your cans are not half full of rain water, please empty them if you are capable!

Some were missed today, unfortunately it was due to a flat tire. Those missed today will be oicked up tomorrow.
