🌺 Starting the school year off right at the LaRue County Bus Garage! 🌺
​Our Hawaiian-themed opening day was a blast—we had a limbo contest, a great staff lunch, and then opened our doors for Open House!
​A big thank you to our mechanic and his wife for bringing their horse, giving out awesome prizes to the kids, and baking the most delicious cakes! Shoutout to the rest of our staff for bringing all the sweet treats, too. 🍪🍰🐎
Shout out to all the work all staff put in to make the day fun for everyone.

Today Larue county bus drivers had our annual bus driver training update. We spent the morning behind the wheel reviewing both new and existing procedures to help keep our skills sharp. We also completed a fun scavenger hunt in groups of three, searching for a miniature toy school bus. Throughout the training, we practiced student pick-ups and completed pre-trip inspections.

It was a great day of learning, teamwork, and laughter. We all had a wonderful time. A special thank you to our Transportation Director, Nathan Wheeler, and the Board of Education for providing us with a delicious pizza lunch. Your generosity and support were greatly appreciated

Happy birthday Arlie, thank you for all the hard work and dedication you put into our schools. Its very much appreciated. Thanks to Nathan Wheeler the director of transportation who put all this together for him. Special thanks to Nessa Love who cooked over 90 pieces of fish and all the other people who chipped in and helped.
