More love for the 6.4 Powerstrokes. After a year of hunting a manufacturer that can build the valves for the K16 high pressure fuel pump we found a company that can’t and have completed testing of these new valves. And they are ready for the market!

Why did we hunt to sell these valves? When you purchase a reman pump from many companies such as Ford, Alliant, and IDI they only do a bench test on the valves and if they pass they mount them on the pump and send them out for sale. Problem is a lot of the time they don’t pass real load test or range correctly once installed in a truck. And even worse sometimes won’t run at all causing you to have to pull the pump back out. Which is costly with time and money.

Now we can guarantee these pump will function as they did when they rolled off the show room floor in 2008. Probably even better.

And as well producing parts like this will help keep the 6.4 Powerstroke on the road for many years to come.

Out with the old, and in with the new. Factory turbo failed at 204k miles so went fixed and upgraded to a Turbotime USA HXR stage 1. Also did a valve lash adjustment as it should be done every 150k or so. This 2017 Ram 3500 is back to work running better than stock.
