We love when clients take good care of their cars! But when booking, it’s so important to be upfront about the interior.
A recent appointment was booked as “it’s not that bad, just needs a basic wash” — the exterior was great, but inside there was candy under the seats, spilled drinks in the cup holders, and heavy pet hair on the back floor.
What looks like a basic wash to you can actually be hours of deep cleaning for your detailer. When the service booked doesn’t match the condition, it costs us time, product, and money.
