🔧 Thinking About Supplying Your Own Parts?
We understand why some customers choose to purchase their own parts, but there are a few things to consider first!
✅ The pros:
• You may find a lower price online
• You can choose the exact brand or part you want
• You may already have the part on hand
⚠️ The cons:
• The part may be incorrect or not fit your vehicle
• Online parts can arrive damaged, incomplete, or defective
• Customer-supplied parts are not covered by our parts warranty
• If the part fails, you may have to pay labor again to remove and replace it
• Returns and warranty claims must be handled by the customer
When we supply the part, we verify that it’s correct for your vehicle and can handle the warranty process if there’s a problem. Sometimes saving a little upfront can end up costing more later.
