Awesome what a few select parts and good tuning can do for these old rigs 🔥🤝

UCC 26 was a blast.
I qualified 22nd in the 7.70 Index with the test bench setup, which has been a long time goal for this rig. It was great to see the whole crew making solid passes all weekend.

Russell Caraway was running strong in the 7.70s with the D150, Derrick Parrott was making passes in the 7.50s on a fresh setup, Gavin Huke was laying down 7.40s with a detuned setup, and Connor Dixon showed what can be done with a basic build and a few well chosen parts.

The Homecoming turnout was incredible. It was great meeting so many people and seeing that many 1st Gen Cummins trucks in one place.

Our newest crew member, Tyler “Medicine Man” Colbert, got to spend the weekend with us and get a feel for how things operate.

I would like to thank Mr.Grey Lawrence for bringing my engine up with him to UCC from Twin City Auto Machine! Will be posting more on that soon.

Most importantly, we had a great time with friends, family, and our kids, who are officially hooked on racing. Big thanks to my wife, Taylor, for always keeping things moving, making sure everyone has what they need, and holding everything together behind the scenes. Couldn’t do it without you.

Looking forward to the next race 🏁

It’s been a busy week here at RATMAN Performance! 🔥

We want to officially welcome Tyler, a.k.a. “The Medicine Man,” to the team. He’s jumped right in, helping with shipping orders, restocking parts, and keeping things moving around the shop.

At the same time, we’ve been deep into race prep. Between test-and-tune sessions, Dragy hits, and long nights in the shop, all the guys have been working hard to get everything ready for UCC. It’s been awesome watching the progress, especially with Connors truck. He’s been making great improvements, and we’re excited to see what he can do once it hits the track.
We’re looking forward to seeing friends, customers, and fellow competitors. We’ll have parts available at UCC, so if you need anything, be sure to stop by the pits or just come say hey!

With UCC, First Gens Homecoming, and a weekend full of diesel fun ahead, we couldn’t be more excited.

See you all soon Dinosaurs, here we come! 🦖🏁🔥💨
