So happy to have you in Hillsboro!

Hillsboro — thank you.

Since opening our doors, the welcome we’ve received from this community has been incredible. We’re grateful for every lunch, every dinner, every celebration, and every person who has stopped in to see what LaChance Hillsboro is all about.

We’re proud to be a part of Hillsboro, proud to call this community home, and we’re here to stay.

And now it’s a little more official… check out the new sign! You definitely won’t miss us driving down Business 21 anymore.

We’re just getting started, Hillsboro. Thank you for the continued support, and we can’t wait to show you what’s ahead at LaChance Hillsboro. 🍷

See you soon!

This week’s Take & Bake lineup is bringing the comfort food 🤤

🌽 TUESDAY – Street Corn Bowls with Chorizo
Chorizo over rice loaded with street corn sauce, black beans, peppers, cotija cheese, avocado and pickled onions. Creamy, smoky, a little tangy and SO good.

🧅 WEDNESDAY – French Onion Smothered Chicken Pasta Bake
Tender chicken and pasta covered in a rich caramelized onion sauce, then topped with plenty of melty cheese and baked until bubbly.

🥓 THURSDAY – Chicken Bacon Ranch Alfredo
One of our favorites is back! Chicken, crispy bacon and penne tossed in our creamy homemade Alfredo with ranch seasoning and lots of cheese.

🥗 Every dinner includes a fresh side salad!

**All roads are reopened as of 11:00a**

Main Street is currently closed in front of the Courthouse as Jefferson County Treatment Courts kicks off Recovery Week with their annual Overdose Awareness Walk. The walk will start in front of the Courthouse, travel south on Business 21 to Maple Street, and end back at the Courthouse.

Overdose doesn't care who you are. We do.

We are proud to be here today in support of those in recovery and to honor the memory of those who have been lost. 💜

This community session is tonight at 6:30!

More than 900 people have already weighed in. Tomorrow night, it’s your turn.

What should Hillsboro R-3 Schools look like 5, 10 or even 20 years from now?

What should we prioritize when it comes to our buildings, student safety, learning environments and the opportunities we provide the next generation of Hawks?

Those conversations are happening NOW, and we don’t want you to miss your opportunity to be part of them.

No decisions have been made. That’s exactly why tomorrow night matters.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Thursday, August 27
6:30 p.m.
Hillsboro Intermediate School
Board of Education Room

Parents. Employees. Taxpayers. Business owners. Alumni. Community members. Everyone is welcome.

Bring your spouse. Bring a neighbor. Bring a friend.

The decisions made in the years ahead could shape Hillsboro R-3 for generations.

Don’t wait until decisions are made to tell us what you think. Help shape the conversation now.

Your schools. Your community. Your voice matters.

As we get ready to cheer on our Hawks, please take a moment to review our Game Day Expectations before heading to games this fall.

A great game-day atmosphere takes all of us. Come out, support our students, and continue helping make Hillsboro a safe and enjoyable place for everyone.

Go Hawks!
