I am leaving for the military in a month, out of state, and waited to long to start car shopping. At this point, I was desperate and probably would have taken a deal I knew wasn't right.
I went into Got Thomas where I met Francisco and he showed me the car I had inquired about online. It was indeed exactly what I was looking for and the price was right.
I had talked to Francisco and Jorge about my current loan with my jeep and how I had an outrageous interest rate... but the Jeep wasn't holding value anymore and was unreliable.
Jorge spent a good amount of worthy time, getting me into rate I NEVER thought I would ever see again. The payment is way affordable and I now have a vehicle I can drive down to Texas and not worry about breaking down on me. And, my unreliable daily driving jeep... just became my off road toy!
While Jorge was working his magic with numbers, Francisco was nothing but friendly. We had great conversation, he was thorough with paperwork and answered any questions I had. We laughed some, he offered me a charger for my dying phone and spoke to me like I was a friend, not a sale.
These two guys put forth an effort I haven't seen before in car shopping! Thank you so much Francisco, Jorge and Got Thomas!
P.S. The Cruze's name is Trace :D
