Here it is mocked up, I will weld the outer to the headlight then after paint press the bezel on with some sealer and it will be done. Can’t really do much more until paint work though.

Not the usual thing for us here. I thought it would be fun to take on this trike project. Base platform is a Kawasaki meanstreak utilizing a Miata rear end in a custom made swing arm. Currently it's almost done just a few minor cosmetic things with the exhaust and some shorter rear shocks which are not here yet. It's good enough for a long test run though so that's what I plan to do next.

Been working on this airbox for a cb700sc that way we can still open up the triangle but get the cv style carbs their much needed negative atmospheres for tuning. Pods don't work on everything and this is to solve it for this bike at least.

Traded a bike for this little gem, which stay tuned because it's going to get a little hop up work soon. We have a vtr1000f motor going in it which should be a perfect match for this truck. 120hp 90lbs torque crank and the truck only weighs 1500 lbs stock so should be pretty quick once we are done. Also it's right hand drive and still has a bunch of cool Japanese stuff all over it. I am excited!

Backfire Moto is a monthly gathering the 3rd Wednesday of the month in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. It started out as just a place to hang out.
