Alright folks! You've asked for a Trunk or Treat in our community, you got it! 👻🎃🦇

Join us Saturday, October 28th from 5-7pm for tons of spooky fun! Costume contest, music, food, and more!

Please register with the office if you plan on decorating your car. We need all hands on deck to make this a success! Got two cars? Why not decorate both! Cars will need to arrive at 4:30pm to start setting up.

We are pleased to announce our *1st annual SAFETY FUN FEST ***featuring our local High Ridge fire and ambulance departments! *(I'm still waiting to hear back for sure from the Special Ops Dept. 🤞)
*Let us know in the office if you're planning to attend so we can get a head count. There will also be a giveaway for tickets to Swing Around Fun Town in Fenton! This is going to be a FUN event for the entire family!

📢 4TH OF JULY ANNOUNCEMENTS 📢

👉The office will be open on Monday, July 3rd, but closed on Tuesday, July 4th.

👉Rent is still due on the 1st, but the grace period has been extended until 5pm on July 6th due to the holiday. Anything dropped off after 5pm on Thursday, July 6th will be considered late and a $50 late fee will be added to your account. No exceptions! (If dropping off rent after 5pm on the 6th, please include the $50 on the money order or check)

👉Country Squire Estates & Hunning Hills has a NO FIREWORK POLICY of any kind on our grounds.
Drier Weather + Mobile Homes = HIGHER RISK FOR FIRES
If any tenant, including guests are caught lighting and setting off fireworks within these communities at any time the homeowner will be fined $100.00 and could lead to termination of your month-to-month lease.
To report someone violating this policy or for any other questions or concerns please contact the leasing office during normal business hours or leave a message after hours at 636-677-3522
