Black’s Tire & Auto Service may be a new name in Hickory but they are not a new name in the business. Crowell Black as Black’s Service Station in Whiteville, NC, Black’s Tire & Auto Service continues to be a family-owned and operated company. Located in North and South Carolina, we have 37+ locations which include 33 commercial/retail locations, 3 warehouse/distribution centers, a commercial sales division operating out of each of those three locations, and a tire retread center. Black’s defines excellence in the tire and automotive industry. With top of the line brands like Goodyear, Dunlop and Kelly, premium products and outstanding service will always be available to meet your tire needs. In addition, our trained/skilled ASE certified technicians and service-minded employees have you covered from routine preventative maintenance to more complex automotive repairs. Our new Hickory location is also equipped to handle larger projects for commercial trucks and farm and agricultural equipment. "Black's Has Your Back" is something frequently heard throughout the company but it is much more than just a catchy slogan. It is a genuine belief about the importance of and commitment to our customers. On our doors one will see the statement "Through These Doors Pass the Best People In the World...Our Customers!" and we sincerely believe that! We seek to show our commitment to our customers by availability (regular hours and 24 hour roadside assistance), quality service at reasonable pricing, and service beyond the sale. Operating under the division names Black's Tire & Auto Service, BTS Commercial, BTS Tire and Wheel Distributors, and Carolina Retread, Black’s Tire and Auto Service has the people, the facilities, and the know-how to take care of all of your automotive needs. Stop by the new Hickory location today!
