Outstanding Experience at Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, NC
I recently purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan from Paramount Hyundai in Hickory, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.
The team including Randy, Chris, and Amber were knowledgeable and patient. My sales consultant Amber took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in an SUV, even though the checklist was long for a Used Car. The test drive was thorough, and they explained all the safety features and technology in detail. What really impressed me was their transparency with pricing - no hidden fees or last-minute surprises.
The financing process was smooth and efficient, the finance manager clearly explained all my options without pushing unnecessary add-ons. I was in and out in about two hours, (over two days) which is impressive for a car purchase.
The dealership itself is clean and modern, with a comfortable waiting area.
If you’re in the Hickory area looking for a Hyundai, I highly recommend Paramount Hyundai. I’ll definitely be back for service and my next vehicle purchase.
