Notice: Open meeting for information and members re-signup and new member signup. This meeting as well be to address changes and upcoming adventures as we move forward to continue the IRRA. We are looking forward to seeing all of you. Meeting will be on January 15th at the Memorial Building at 7pm.

Notice: IRRA Past Due Bills: While a list has been accumulated the IRRA would like to reach out to the community in the event things may not been brought to the attention of the new board. We are sending out this request to notify us by email within the next 7 days of any past due balances that we aren't aware of. 🏁 Wrapping up banquet registrations this week! After that, Jim's and I are going to finalize the buffet menu, determine the optimal space layout, and ensure appropriate accommodations for all attendees. I will continue to share all updates here.

⚠️ Registration for the 2024 Season Awards Banquet for Hibbing Raceway will close on Jan 4th, 2025 ⚠️

🏁 4:30 Cocktail hour, Drop off Silent Auction items and complete bidding form.

🏁 5:00 Silent Auction Begins. Will be items for all ages! Bring the family!

🏁 5:30 Buffett Dinner: Details TBD. 2 meat Entree, 2 veggies, dinner rolls, tossed salad, and dessert.

🏁 6:00 Awards ceremony begins. 1st-10th: All 5 classes and Rookie: Pictures w/ backdrop offered- Track photographer attending

🏁 7:30 Silent Auction Ends, winners announced, closing.

🎟 Ticket Prices: Adults: $25.00. Children 5 & under: Free. Tickets are non refundable. Includes admission, silent auction, & dinner. Please register by sending ages and how many in attendance along with a check made to IRRA @ PO Box 386 in Hibbing MN 55746.
