Our Impact Award Winner for September is…

Reilly Duke, Receptionist!

Reilly was nominated and recognized by two separate guests! The first guest nominated Reilly for knowing who they were when they showed up, being organized and prepared for them when they walked in, and introducing them to the finance team when their salesperson was tied up with another guest. The 2nd guest nomination was for showing initiative to solve their problem right away when she could have just let someone else handle it, but it would have taken longer.

Reilly was also nominated by fellow teammates for helping out on some Saturdays, and keeping the sales team organized, especially during our busy times!

Olivia was nominated for helping the sales department greet guests, helping the office answer phone calls, staying late and skipping or shortening lunches to fit interviews in, and for continuing to keep a smile and a positive attitude while hiring process keep changing due to unexpected 3rd party system changes.
