Este camión llegó con 3 problemas: juego en la caja de dirección, una bomba con fuga y crucetas trabadas en la barra de dirección.

Reemplazamos las piezas necesarias, instalamos una de nuestras cajas reparadas y un filtro nuevo. Ahora está listo para volver a la carretera con una dirección suave y precisa.

Este camión llegó sin dirección hidráulica porque la bomba no generaba presión. Al quitarla, encontramos el eje completamente suelto. Instalamos una bomba y un filtro nuevos, ¡y el camión volvió a girar suavemente!

The engine was running, but the power steering pump wasn’t doing its job. The drive shaft had completely disconnected, leaving the truck with no power steering. A new pump got it turning smoothly again.

Replaced the same seal three times, but the gearbox kept leaking? The problem might be the seal housing itself. If the housing is damaged, replacing the seal again won’t fix the root cause.

We replaced the worn components, installed one of our rebuilt steering gearboxes, and got the truck steering smoothly again.

El juego en la dirección no siempre viene de la caja. En este caso, un tornillo flojo provocó el desgaste del brazo Pitman y del eje sector.

This steering gearbox came in leaking oil and causing hard steering. The leak was allowing the system to pull in air, affecting steering performance.

We repaired the gearbox, fixed the leak, and got everything working properly again.
