With all this crazy smoke in the air, it might be a good time to replace your cabin air filter with a HEPA or activated charcoal filter!

Most modern vehicles use a filter to clean the air you breathe inside the vehicle. It is filtered through the HVAC vents on both AC and heat settings.

HEPA or activated charcoal filters are available to remove small particles and allergens from the air as well.

Contact us if you would like one replaced, it's a fast job on most vehicles!

Time for a new intake manifold in this Jetta TDI. These fail in a couple different ways, one is the plastic flap slowly wears down and trips a fault for the sensor, and this one also had a failed actuator, because it comes together and will fix both problems, we are just replacing the entire unit.

Sometimes these newer vehicles with all their sensors, wires, and hoses can make it a little tougher to work on, but it can actually be fun and rewarding!

Mark-Daniel, Andrew, Michael, and Levi

Mark-Daniel has been with us since 2019, and is a state certified master technician with a couple extra certifications for motorcycles and heavy duty diesel. He frequently does the longer, bigger jobs like timing chains, or engine / transmission repairs. He has very good attention to detail, and is also very good at wiring and making it look neat and professional.

Andrew has been with us since 2019, and is also a state certified master technician. He is our service advisor, communicating with customers, ordering parts, and keeping everything flowing smoothly. He is a good communicator and is very honest and understanding. He also understands vehicles well and can answer any questions you may have.

Michael has been with us since 2021, and has 5 state certifications. Michael is very efficient and makes sure that no appointments get missed and every car gets checked. He also is very talented at finding intermittent wiring problems particularly on GM vehicles that others have difficulty finding. He also will randomly come up with brilliant ideas to help diagnose or fix vehicles that no one else thought of.

Levi has been state certified since 2013, and is also a master technician. He helps where needed, working on the more difficult diagnostic work, programming, talking to customers, or just keeping everything caught up when the shop gets extra busy. He also helps with shop maintenance or improvements to make things more comfortable and efficient.

If you have ever wondered what a brake fluid service is for, this is why! Brake fluid has a high boiling point and as it absorbs water it becomes corrosive and it's boiling point lowers significantly which can lead to brake failure.

6.7 Cummins cylinder head with a bunch of cracks on the exhaust valves. It likely got very hot or ran too hot of exhaust gas temperatures. It's more common with very hot tunes.

Differential all rebuilt, everything shimmed correctly and ready to go! This one had kind of a unique pinion gear that had to be special ordered in.
