How often does your storage facility raise rates? 💰👀

Ask before you rent. At Security Public Storage, there are no rate increases for at least 6 months.

A great rate today should still be fair tomorrow.

Is that really the final price? 💰👀

Ask about admin fees, deposits, and extra charges before you rent a storage unit.

How do you prevent leaks in storage units? 💧

Ask about roof inspections and routine maintenance. Catching problems early helps protect your belongings from water damage.

"After years of rate hikes at another facility, I moved to Security Public Storage on Spring Street—and I’m so glad I did!
Right from the start, Chelsea answered all my questions clearly and helped me find the best rental plan and available unit for my needs. Ian showed me the unit, explained access details, and made the overall transition process easy to understand. Sherrie quickly handled my U-Haul rental requirements.." says John on Google

"Updating my review as of August 2025. Two years ago and in need of a storage unit, I was stunned to learn that many storage companies implement a monthly fluctuating pricing model as if they were a gold commodity. Not being a fan of this approach, I was happy to find that Security Public Storage doesn't play that game. Their pricing is transparent and their annual increases are minimal and affordable (per my short.." says Cee on Google
