Ok so let’s keep it classy so here we go!

We understand that everyone has the right to share their experience and perspective, and we believe it’s important to consider all sides before reaching conclusions about Dirty Wrenches Automotive.

With that being said:

We have text messages, photographs, and other documentation regarding several of the claims being discussed, and some of that evidence does not support the version of events being presented online. You guessed it we aren’t stupid and we keep it all.
You don’t see us posting private photos or messages simply to prove someone wrong, including communications regarding situations where a party declined to pay for a part but hey if we need to do that in court I guess we will.

Unfortunately, it can be easy to make statements from behind an anonymous name or block the business so there is no opportunity for a response. We believe conversations are much more productive when people are willing to stand behind their statements and consider the evidence when it is presented.

We are happy to address legitimate concerns and provide clarification when appropriate. We have worked hard to build our reputation and will continue to conduct ourselves professionally, stand behind our work, and let the facts speak for themselves.

We’re currently in the process of slowly handing everything over and making this transition as smooth as possible. We know change can take some time, so we truly appreciate everyone’s patience while we get everything organized and up to speed.

Our goal is simple: clean, honest, professional, and documented work that you can trust. We want every customer to know exactly what was done to their vehicle and feel confident when they leave our shop.

🛡️ 12 MONTH / 12,000 MILE WARRANTY

We’re also proud to offer a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on the work we perform. So yes we do apologise but this includes paperwork on our end and making a folder on every vehicle we work with but of course we will be giving you copies of everything.

Warranty does not apply though to customer-supplied junkyard, used, or other customer-supplied parts that are not direct from a reputable supplier.

We’re hoping to build lasting relationships with our customers and become a shop you can count on for years to come. We’re here to help, and we’re excited to show you the Dirty Wrenches difference!

We want to take a moment and let people know with new ownership structure is coming some growing pains. we still have projects that are being finished that have been long term and we promise we are working on them.

Dirty Wrenches Automotive is pleased to announce that the business is now operating under new management.

As we move forward, our management team is implementing new operational standards, communication practices, and quality control procedures to ensure every customer receives the level of service they deserve.

We shut off comments as this is informative. My inbox and number are on my page and feel free to reach out
we have remained silent during several accusations. As such we will no longer be silent as now these accusations are being made while blocking our page. As such we would like to address the first statement that has been circulating regarding Dotty Smith and a yellow golf cart.

It has been stated that Dirty Wrenches Automotive “blew up” or caused engine damage to this vehicle. This information is not accurate.

Dirty Wrenches Automotive did not perform any repairs or work on this yellow golf cart. The job was declined by our shop as it was outside of our scope of services.

The work in question was instead performed by Michael Pedersen, who is a separate individual but was attempting to have joint ownership. He completed the repair independently and was the party who received payment for that work. Dirty Wrenches Automotive did not receive any payment, compensation, or involvement in that job at any stage and never worked on it.

Because we were not involved in the repair or diagnosis of this vehicle, we cannot be responsible for its outcome. Any statements suggesting otherwise are incorrect.

We simply want to clarify the facts so there is no misunderstanding or misinformation being shared.

We remain open to respectful conversation and encourage anyone with questions or concerns to reach out to us directly. We will be responding to complaints that have been made with facts, proof, text, emails, phone calls and such as permissible by law.

Definitely been a warmer week. We want to thank everyone so much. We currently are booked out with vehicles that we have had and currently wrapping up for our customers that have been ever so patient with us. Given that I have fallen so behind I brought on two people that are great at what they do and we are revamping the shop and giving it a facelift. Our focus will be doing imports of course and still doing the usual things like oil changes and tune ups along with other needs but our two gentlemen Jesse and Devon and specialist in bmw, Audi, Vw Mercedes and Porsche.

At Dirty Wrenches Automotive, we take pride in documenting our work with detailed photographs throughout the repair process. This documentation helps provide transparency, protects both our customers and our shop, and allows us to clearly show the condition of vehicles before, during, and after repairs.
As many of you know, Dirty Wrenches Automotive is a one-man operation. Every phone call, diagnosis, estimate, repair, customer update, invoice, and photograph is handled by me personally. While that means I may not always be able to answer every call immediately, it also means every vehicle receives my direct attention and care from start to finish.
We understand that in any business, not every situation will leave everyone completely satisfied. That's simply the reality of working with people and complex vehicle repairs. What matters most is how concerns are handled.
