Twin City Toyota is growing and looking for a PART-TIME BDC Customer Service Representative to join our team. We’re seeking an outgoing, self-starter who will thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as a desire to help people in facilitating their service needs.
Some responsibilities as a member of this team include:
✅ Handle incoming service department phone calls, as well as make outbound calls to our existing customer base
✅ Schedule service appointments for our customers and follow up on services that have been recommended
✅ Assist customers regarding applicable warranties, factory recalls, maintenance schedules, etc.
✅ Computer experience is required.
✅ Previous automotive industry experience is a plus, but is not required
We offer a competitive starting pay 💰, as well as paid time off and flexible hours. This is a part time, 24+ hours-per-week position including rotating Saturdays.
