Gus is dedicated to his many jobs here at Dry Creek Diesel: service truck co-pilot, seat warmer, mascot, entertainer and always a big hit with customers. His loyalty and affection can often be bought with belly rubs and a good snack 😉

We have an opening for a mechanics assistant/apprentice. Work will include assisting our mechanics both in the shop and outdoors on the service truck. We work on anything from pickups and tractors to heavy equipment and farm implements. Experience a plus (especially agricultural experience!) must be reliable, self motivated, with a clean driving record. Must be comfortable with working out in the elements in summer and winter, potentially long hours when working on the service truck and during harvest. Pay adjusts according to experience and raises offered after proof of skill and reliability. Training and promotion potential for a motivated individual interested in a career in the field. Dry Creek Diesel is looking to fill an additional mechanics position and potentially a shop helper/apprentice position! We are a busy shop and mobile service working on pickups, trucks, tractors, heavy equipment, trailers, as well as a wide variety of farm and ranch equipment. We are looking for a skilled master mechanic that is capable of working independently, although there is potential opportunities to learn on the job for those that are interested in the job field and have a basic foundation in general mechanical knowledge. There is plenty of work strictly in the shop if you don't like mobile service work, or you can do some of both, there are plenty of opportunities to work where you prefer on as wide variety of vehicles/equipment as you'd like! Position pays well based on experience and demonstrated skills, with room for growth for the right individual with a strong work ethic, good time management and self motivated when working independently! Our first year is in the books at Dry Creek Diesel and we are so thankful for all the new and returning customers who continue to trust us with their business!
