Just got your windows tinted? The hardest part might be… waiting. 😅

We know it’s tempting, but rolling your windows down too soon can interfere with the film as it cures and bonds to the glass. We recommend keeping them up for at least 48 hours, and in some cases 4–5 days if the vehicle is parked in a shaded area. Giving the film time to properly cure helps ensure the clean, long-lasting finish you paid for.

Be honest… are you patient enough to wait, or are you checking your windows every 10 minutes? 👀

Not all window films are created equal. 👀

Some older metallized films can interfere with cell service, GPS, and navigation systems. That’s why we recommend ceramic and nano-ceramic films, they provide incredible heat rejection without blocking your signal, and they offer crystal-clear visibility without that annoying rainbow effect you sometimes see through polarized sunglasses.

“Why do my windows look hazy after getting them tinted?” 👀

Don’t panic, that cloudy or streaky appearance is completely normal. After installation, a small amount of moisture gets trapped between the film and the glass, and it takes time for that moisture to fully evaporate. Depending on the film and weather conditions, the curing process can take anywhere from a few days to several weeks.

Patience pays off. Once the film has fully cured, you’ll be left with the crystal-clear finish you were expecting. 😎 Have you ever wondered about the tint curing process?

Everyone always asks, “How’s the tint?” …but nobody ever asks, “How’s the tinter?” 🥲😂
