🌟🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 🌟🌟

This week we are proud to spotlight CJ Loberg, one of our technicians here at Lonnie Cobb Ford. CJ has been with us for 3.5 years, and during that time he has become a vital part of our service team. His knowledge, work ethic, and dedication to getting the job done right make him someone we can always count on.

Originally from Oregon, CJ comes from a family of technicians and is a second-generation technician himself. He specializes in transmissions and consistently takes on some of the most challenging repairs that come through our shop. In 2025, CJ was recognized as our Technician of the Year, a well-deserved honor.

CJ is most proud of his family, and he is known around the shop for being honest, hardworking, smart, dependable, and always bringing a good sense of humor. Outside of work, he enjoys video games, building guns, and spending time restoring his 1995 Bronco.

We are incredibly thankful to have CJ as part of the Lonnie Cobb Ford family. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, CJ!👏🔧🚗

🌟🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 🌟🌟

This week we are proud to spotlight Kelly Smythe, one of our technicians here at Lonnie Cobb Ford. Kelly has been with us for 10 months, and in that time he has proven he is a hardworking, reliable, and efficient part of our team.

Kelly grew up in Jackson, TN, and outside of work he enjoys razor riding and golfing. One of his proudest accomplishments is earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Memphis. Kelly is known for being dependable, smart, a great teacher to those around him, and someone who takes pride in doing the job right. His strong work ethic and willingness to help others makes him a valuable asset to our team.

🌟🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT 🌟🌟

This week our spotlight is directed at Tyler Dutton, one of our diesel mechanics here at Lonnie Cobb Ford. Tyler has been with us almost 2 1/2 years, and he has proven himself to be extremely dependable, knowledgeable, and hardworking.

Tyler was raised here in Henderson, TN, and outside of work he enjoys hunting, fishing, and racing. He is most proud of his kids, and this is evident in the way he shows up at work and at home. Tyler is the kind of employee you can count on no matter the situation. He’s smart, reliable, always willing to help, and makes the shop a better place to work.

We are so grateful to have Tyler on our team and appreciate the consistency and work ethic he brings each day. Thank you for being part of the Lonnie Cobb Ford family, Tyler!
