For anyone with a ‘94-‘03 ford 7.3 power stroke and ‘03-‘10 6.0 power stroke, if you start to notice diesel fuel in your coolant degas tank it may be getting time to replace your injector cups. A leaking injector cup allows diesel fuel to enter the coolant system from the high pressure fuel system.

Symptoms of worn motor mounts include rough start up, clunking sound while accelerating and engine more noisy than usual. That was most definitely the case with this customer’s vehicle. Installed new mounts and they are back on the road and riding smooth!
