Service Notice for Alliance RV Owners:

A & W Quality RV Services is assisting local owners with the factory safety recall regarding lithium battery heat pads (NHTSA Campaign Number 26V324000).

This applies to select 2022–2025 Alliance Valor and Paradigm models.

The factory-installed Therma Heat heating pads can overheat in the battery compartment, posing a risk of fire. Alliance RV advises owners not to use the 12V battery heating pads (leave the heating pad switches turned off) until the recall repairs are completed.

As an independent RV repair facility, we can inspect your setup, work with Alliance to source the required factory recall kits, and handle the professional installation for you.
