We got a call from the North Pole that Santa Claus will be here at 1 PM on Saturday!!! As we all know, it’s too hot for the reindeer, but he will be coming in style on the Gator!!

We still have spots available if you want to join us for Christmas in July! Bring your decorations and go all out, we have metals for our first ,second and third place site decoration contest!

Gibby’s food truck will also be doing us on Saturday! Along with our lighted night hay ride! Also, Christmas kids crafts, of course!

Due to the weather, we are going to postpone the color run. We are going to keep an eye on the forecast to see what time we are going to reschedule for hopefully today or tomorrow.

The Color Run kicks off our fundraising month of July every year. This year we are raising money to support the Ronald McDonald House in Iowa City. Everyone is welcome to join our Family Color Run. Donations are not mandatory to participate, they are simply a free will donation. With that being said, we will have a donation station set up in the store this week as well as going forward until the Color Run. Please help us help families in need! Everything we bring in goes directly to the Ronald McDonald House, Morwood Campground does not accept any of the funds to recoup any of our own expenses.

Congratulations to our cookoff first second and third place winners this year with their beef entries!! Angie took 1st place, Alyce 2nd and Lisa 3rd! All of the entries were amazing!!
