Here’s a quick look at our 4.1L 987 Cayman endurance race build, better known around the shop as the Snoopy car. In this walkthrough we break down the systems that make this platform race-ready, from the Slacker-built 4.1L engine, GT3 throttle body and intake setup, and SoUL race headers, to the full Motec electronics package, PDM, and telemetry systems that keep the car performing lap after lap.
Inside, the cockpit is purpose-built with a TK Design roll cage, Motec dash, numeric shifter, and fully integrated driver systems designed for reliability and control in long-distance racing.
