Bob Panella picked up his restored Willys drag truck from South City Rod and Custom today. It was my first time seeing our paint job on the truck out in the sun! Built by SCRC, interior by Chris Plante, body and paint by us and lettering by Eric Reyes. Big thanks to the Panella family and SCRC for having us involved with this build!

Feeling super fortunate to have a double feature on the Cutts coupe and the Dooley GTO in the new issue of Street Rodder magazine! We did the body and paint on these cars for South City Rod and Custom. Bill and Donny did an awesome Job building these cars! If you get a chance check out a copy!

We've been extremely busy gearing up for the grand national roadster show in January. Here's a sneak peak of one of the 6 (maybe 7, I don't know I can't count ) complete cars that we are painting for the show. If you can't tell this is a side shot on a 1957 Chevy 150 quarter panel that we are doing for South City Rod and Custom.

Apparently we haven't posted anything in 290 days on here! So here's the new house of kolor ad, it features the pick up truck that our good friend Miguel Nava had us do as a surprise for his father. Some pictures of a 55 Chevy pick up project that we have been working on and off again for a while. This truck was a completely rotted out farm truck from pescadero Ca. The only pieces to the truck that we kept were the frame rails, hood and the cab from about the lower 8" up. It's being put together at South City Rod & Custom. It has a heidts front cross member, with mustang 2 style suspension, power rack and pinion steering, a TCI 4 link in the back with an 8.5" 10 bolt with an eaton posi, 3.55 gears and its powered by a 350 small block Chevy and has a 700r4 trans. Planning to be on the road by early July.

Bill at South City Rod and Custom orchestrated a photo shoot with all of the ground up Cars that he has built. We painted all of the ones that needed paint jobs (8 out of the 9 that showed up) It was fun getting the cars together, seeing the owners and reflecting back on to each project. It was a great day and Pat Ganahl did an awesome job with the camera work.

Sporadic quarter annual shop update. This is an original 1935 auburn boat tail speedster that we are in charge of body and paint on along with body installation on to the original restored chassis, sheet metal installation and trim and doo dad installation starting soon. This is after color sanding and polishing the body.
