MONDAY IS THE DAY!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Our BRAND-NEW IQ SOFT TOUCH will be arriving Monday, and we are SO excited to finally bring it to Kennett! 🚗💦🔥

We will be shutting down the current Soft Touch late Friday night to begin the changeover. The next time Soft Touch opens… IT WILL BE THE BRAND-NEW IQ!!! 🤩🙌

We’re hoping to have everything installed, tested, and BACK OPEN BY THE END OF NEXT WEEK! 🎉

ENTERING THE SOFT TOUCH WASH 🚗🫧

If the wash tells you to BACK UP, you have triggered the sensor and the wash cycle is over.

⚠️ The red light may not come on. Once you hear the buzzer, that is your signal to STOP.

We apologize for any inconvenience! If you have an issue during your wash, please call us anytime and give us the opportunity to make it right. You are paying for a service, and we want to make sure you receive the service you paid for.

Please know that when the wash is down or not operating properly, we are just as frustrated as you are. We are doing everything we can to keep the equipment running and provide you with the best wash possible.

🚨 KENNETT CUSTOMERS – PLEASE READ 🚨

After 2 weeks of repairs, we were excited to have our Soft Touch wash back in service.

Unfortunately, today the wash had shut down again after an item left in the bed of a customer’s truck became caught in the equipment.

😔 We know many of you have been frustrated while the wash has been down, and we completely understand. We are just as disappointed to have another unexpected interruption so soon after reopening.

⚠️ Before entering the wash, please make sure your truck bed is completely clear of loose items, including:
✅ Straps
✅ Ropes
✅ Tarps
✅ Bungee cords
✅ Tools
✅ Any other loose objects

These items can become tangled in the equipment, causing the wash to stop and resulting in downtime for everyone.

🚧 **Kennett Customers – We Appreciate Your Patience!** 🚧

We want to sincerely apologize for the ongoing issues with our Soft Touch wash at our **Kennett location**. We know it's frustrating when you stop by expecting a wash, and we truly appreciate everyone who has been so patient and understanding.

The good news is that replacement parts have been overnighted and are expected to arrive first thing tomorrow morning. Our maintenance team will begin repairs as soon as they arrive, and we're hopeful the Soft Touch will be back up and running by the end of the day.

To our **EverWash members** and all of our loyal customers, thank you for sticking with us. We know this inconvenience affects you the most, and we absolutely plan to make it right. We'll share more details once everything is back up and running.
