Our control arms are notorious for being the toughest, most adjustable arms in the industry. We strive to be a personal friendly service for offroad customers by offroad enthusiasts. We are a small operation with very little overhead and operational expenses. This is possible because we have a small fabrication team and hire part-time help only when a large group of orders arrive. Product invento

ry is kept to a minimum and raw materials are ordered as necessary. These reductions in operational expenses allow Ironman to produce the best quality of parts for the money on the planet. Our main product line consists of various components for the Jeep models, which include the YJ, TJ, LJ, JK, XJ, MJ, ZJ, and WJ. Every part we produce has been developed to be the toughest parts in the industry. The Ironman control arms are so well built in fact we have not had any product fail. We can produce custom components for most 4x4 applications. Custom lengths are a common request that we are happy to fulfill. Ironman can even fabricate 4-Link arms out of steel or 7075 aluminum for your custom rock buggy. Give us a call and we will make sure you have the best components for your application.

We have spent a long time developing these XJ rear single/dual shock/coilover/bypass mounts and are finally offering them to our big XJ build guys in small batches. These are absolutely huge once assembled and have bolt on top plates for roll cage tie ins and cross bare tie ins etc. This is a direct request product meant no these are built to the specifications of the multiple builders that have begged us for them. They are pricey to make and pricey to ship. Two kits are 97 lbs with hardware. Designed around 14” and 16” shocks they have removable windows for bypasses and the tops are removable for building taller tops if need be. We currently have 2 sets in stock. Our first run is already out to our initial buyers. We will build batches of 5 pair at a time once they sell. No More Cast bearings!!!! In a time when markets are moving and prices are anything but consistent I always go back to why I started Ironman4x4fab.com 18 years ago. I love jeeps. I love off-roading. I love building parts that are based on an ideology of long term reliability and durability. We are still the only company that makes clamp/bearing support braces for the xj and zj making less than .010” of play at the pitman arm. With all that said. We are also the only company that provides a billet chromoly bearing assembly. With the price of the Chinese cast bearings that everyone has always used going up and the quality staying the same we are eliminating the option for cast bearings completely. Why raise the price when the quality still sucks. You can smash our bullet bearings into rocks and they keep on working. Zero failures to date! We are currently re photographing our products for the website and will adjust the pricing soon. For now all orders get them at regular price! Act fast!

I’ve said this before; I’ve never wanted to be a bumper or armor company. Nowadays it’s almost impossible with how fast Chinese manufacturers copy products and temu them cheaper than we can buy material, but some markets just have gaping holes in them waiting for those few folks that really want a specific product. I’m not even a stubby bumper fan for the xj, or zj. With that said Kevin has been working pretty hard designing a modular DIY bumper that we will be making for the folks that are interested in something different and kinda visually interesting. He tacked it up tonight and I snuck some spy photos of the stubby portion while he was snagging a few beers after work. I know y’all love to see fresh parts so check it out and give us your thoughts.

The progression of our joints over the years has been constant desire for improvement. Unlike a lot of box companies that sell pre assembled generic joints, all aspects of this joint are to our spec and assembled in house. The super tough 92 durometer poly stays tough with a 250lb preload, held in place with a 3/16” thick machined 304 stainless washer and held together with a full double wrap USA made internal retaining ring that can handle over a 20,000 lb side load. This is all housed in a 4130 housing that fits in almost all 2.625 setups! This is the standard in all our our 4 link kits and chassis side for track bars and control arms! They stay tight and they last! jeep

This will be our offering for the DIY rear shock/coilover/bypass/ whatever u need to run in the back of your to get it where you need it to be with your linked rear end. Instead of making 2-3 different product to figure out what u need we made one that does it all. Keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks for more of this and the different options for chock lengths just like our front coilover mounts.!
