It is with an immensely heavy heart that we are writing this post. John Peterson, our Lead Technician, passed away this weekend. He is a shining example of what an amazing person, friend, coworker, and mentor should strive to be. Rare was the time to be in his presence and not have a smile or a joke passed. He would give you anything you could ever need. He always had good advice, a tool, or an extra hand if you needed it. We will all miss him sorely.

Please bear with us as our schedule was very full, and is even more extended now with his passing. If you currently have an appointment with us, we will be reaching out to those to make arrangements if necessary.

We took a week off for this next spotlight. Everyone meet YOUR service manager, Ryan B. Ryan was out last week welcoming his first child (Saoirse Bethune) to this world. Ryan has been working here for the past 5 years, and has been working around cars for a bit longer. He enjoys hunting every year, kayaking with his wife, and building firearms/shooting. Ryan is the one you speak with on the phone when you call to schedule your maintenance needs. Ryan is thoroughly fulfilled by being able to interface with YOUR technician and translate that to a real world repair path and an affordable estimate. This week we are spotlighting YOUR other technician. Let us introduce John P. John has been working at our shop for a LONG time. John has been working as a technician for over 25 years. He's always got a smile on his face while he's working. John is very astute with electrical diagnosis, and loves the challenges as well. He finds fulfillment when being confronted with complex problems and being able to determine a proper repair, while trying to keep it as economical for YOU as possible. John also enjoys fishing, hunting, and reading when he's not hard at work on customer's vehicles. Call in this week to get your A/C System inspected and ready to go for the hot weather!

We are wanting to run a mini post set for the guys that work here for YOU. Every week for the upcoming few weeks, we will post a picture, and a small writeup so you can meet the folks here and become more acquainted with who we are. This week is YOUR technician Dan M. Dan has been working here just under a year, but has been in this industry for awhile. He is a second generation technician, and always is happy to get YOUR car taken care of. When he isn't at work servicing your vehicle, he enjoys going out on the lake for boat cruises. In the winter, he is hitting one of our many places to snowboard. He also enjoys hunting whenever he has the chance. He loves taking your vehicle that needs some love and attention and getting it back to running and driving the way it was designed to. Recently, there was a situation where a young man was to be given a car by his parents, but it had overheating issues. They trusted Dan and his diagnosis, and the car was fixed and given to the young man to drive with his license. These are the moments that make Dan the happiest. He feels most fulfilled when he is working on something different everyday, and is able to take a vehicle that doesn't run, or runs poorly, and return it to good working order. We sincerely hope everyone of our followers is doing their part to protect themselves and others from this unprecedented virus. With the announcement of the stay at home order, we are working today with our customers in the forefront of our minds.

We will be offering free pickup & delivery of vehicles during this time. This will include sanitizing vehicle before final drop-off for our customers, and keys dropped in a predetermined spot.

We will also be offering discounts on all services (excluding oil changes). We are going to do this throughout this outbreak to try and take the edge off of our customers, and to allow them to get their cars fixed while everyone is working from home or isolating.

We want our community to take advantage of this as we are doing something that is unprecedented during an unprecedented time. Please take advantage of your local deals!

We are currently seeking an Automotive Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will diagnose, adjust, repair, and overhaul automotive vehicles.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments
Qualifications:

Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
