Today, we are proud to recognize a very special milestone at Gray’s Towing. Senior Operator Robert Outlaw is celebrating 10 years with our company!
Over the past decade, Outlaw has become much more than an experienced operator — he has become an important part of the Gray’s Towing family and someone we know we can count on when the job gets tough. For 10 years, Outlaw has answered the call through long days, late nights, weekends, bad weather, difficult recoveries, and everything in between. His experience, work ethic, and willingness to step up when he is needed have earned him the title of Senior Operator and, more importantly, the respect of the people who have had the opportunity to work alongside him.
In the towing and recovery industry, dedication isn't measured only by the years you put in. It's measured by the calls you answer when others are sleeping, the difficult jobs you see through to the end, the customers you help on their worst days, and the commitment you show to your team day after day. Outlaw has demonstrated that commitment for an entire decade.
