Dropped a battery in the 05 Tiburon and she fired right up. Hasn’t been started in 3 years, I think I will use this engine to put in the orange Tiburon. While it’s out it will get a new timing belt, tensioners and water pump and should be good to go.

Got the place all cleaned up and organized. Keeps the bugs back, the rats and snakes back into the woods.👍👍 7 project cars with several seeing completion soon after this heat retreats a bit. On my 20 and 21st build this year and it’s only August.

First mow of the year coming today, gonna take a few days to clean the shop yard up.

The 2000 Tiburon is alive, had to replace the fuel system components. Fuel pump and sending unit, gas line, new injectors, still needs a pump regulator already ordered one. The engine was replaced in the fall of 2015 and also replaced the clutch. Engine has 67,000 miles on it. Also replace the timing belt tensioners, water pump back then but may have to have a new timing belt since it’s been in there 11 years and not really driven much.  it’s been off the road since 2018.

After 12 inches of rain since Thursday, the 20 Corolla is ready for paint and clear. Finally a drier day after this past couple weeks with storm after storm. It’s a new month and really wanted this out Friday, got several trucks to fix this month.
