Both have a strong background in Automotive Industry from working several years at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana. The couple left Toyota to build the business of their dreams, Carts Gone Wild, a full service golf cart customization business. After 15 years of building the business, it was sold and th

ey took a year off to catch up on life. After much research and thought, Tony and Dana decided auto reconditioning would be an excellent fit for them based on their backgrounds. Their attention to detail, Toyota principles and extensive business background will allow them to offer a high end quality treatment on each customer’s vehicle.

Big day and big announcement at Happy Chassis Auto Spa. It’s Jared Shigley’s 2 year anniversary. We wanted to take a few minutes to introduce Jared and let everyone know that we’ve decided to make Jared a 50/50 business partner. Jared will be taking over the business 2 years from today. In the meantime, we will be helping Jared grow the business while teaching him the important aspects to running a successful company.

We have had a fantastic week at Happy Chassis! These two, as well as a few more projects were completed. We are rounding out the week by heading to the Kentucky lake area to apply System X ceramic coating to a few vehicles.

Boys have their hands full with this 40ft RV. This might end up being our biggest challenge to date! This bus went through a wash center and evidently they were having issues with the chemical mix. The bus is badly stained with chemical burn and it’s etched into the clear coat.

You are probably wondering what it takes to make this RV look new again? We are wet sanding the entire bus with 2000 grit, 3000 grit, coarse compound, medium compound, and fine compound. Yes that’s right, 5 passes to make this look as perfect as possible.

We love these types of projects due to the end results. I’ll provide some after pics when this project is completed later this week.
