I told Deanna what was going on and I had been given the run around at a lot of other dealerships. She took me in with welcoming arms and found a vehicle that was better and to my standards. They are very flexible with time. Also, if there was a vehicle you wanted, they could find you one that matches what you are looking for if it was not on the lot. I sat with Billy to go over money, cost, and putting a deposit down. He cut to the chase very quick, no crazy extra fees like those predatory dealerships try to charge the customer. I had paperwork signed, within an hour and picked it up the next day with it clean and a full tank of gas. They are very family oriented, and I will forever buy from here. I drove an hour and forty minutes, and I would do it again! We were able to do a lot of things over the phone; they worked with me and did NOT waste my time. They stood on and delivered what they promised. I will recommend them to everyone!
