🚗 Repair Procedures: They’re more important than you think.

A proper collision repair isn’t just about making a vehicle look like it did before the accident. It’s about restoring the vehicle to the manufacturer’s intended safety and performance standards.

Repair procedures are the manufacturer’s specific instructions for how a vehicle should be repaired - including things like:

🔧 Welding and sectioning locations
🔩 Bolt and fastener replacement
📏 Measuring and structural repairs
⚡ ADAS calibration requirements
🛡️ Airbag and safety-system procedures
🚘 Proper replacement of structural and body components

Every vehicle is different, and following the correct procedures helps ensure the repair is done safely, correctly, and to OEM specifications.

Not your everyday repair 🔧⚡️

This Tesla is getting some serious structural love - we’re in the middle of a B-pillar replacement and have it locked down on the CarBench frame machine to make sure everything goes back exactly where it belongs.

Precision matters with these cars, and there’s no shortcuts when it comes to safety.

“Can’t you just blend that spot?”

We get it - it sounds simple. But every major paint manufacturer says the same thing: refinish the entire panel and carry clear coat to a natural break.

Here’s why 👇

Paint doesn’t age the same across a panel. Sun, weather, and time all change it. So even if we match the color perfectly, blending into the middle can leave a visible shift later on.

By refinishing the full panel and clearing to an edge, you get:
✔ A uniform color that actually matches in all lighting
✔ No hard blend lines that show up down the road
✔ A finish that holds up - not one that fails in a few months

We’re not in the business of “good enough.” We follow the standards that make it look right today and years from now.

Because the goal isn’t to hide the repair… it’s to make it disappear. 🚗✨

This one was DIFFERENT 🔥

Hands down the craziest build we’ve ever taken on.

Not our typical kind of work at all but back during COVID when things slowed way down, we had the time to say “why not?” and go all in on something completely outside the box.

What started as a wild idea turned into a full custom project that pushed us creatively and technically in ways we don’t usually get to experience. Every detail, every decision, every late night… all worth it.
