This October marks one year since Karl joined the Kasten Marine team!
Over the past year, Karl has become an invaluable part of our operation. Whether he’s helping in the service department, assisting customers, troubleshooting problems, preparing boats, coordinating projects, or jumping in wherever help is needed, Karl consistently goes above and beyond to keep things moving.
Known around the shop as a true jack of all trades, Karl is always willing to take on a challenge and find a solution. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to help both customers and coworkers have made a lasting impact on our team.
Prior to joining Kasten Marine, Karl worked as an athletic trainer at the collegiate and professional levels, bringing a strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and dedication to excellence that continue to serve him well today.
Outside of work, Karl is a proud family man who values spending time with those closest to him.
We’re grateful for everything Karl has contributed during his first year and look forward to what the future holds.
Please join us in congratulating Karl on his one-year anniversary with Kasten Marine! 👏⚓
