According to numbers released by the forest service Saturday, the Ross fire destroyed 157 structures, 18 of which were homes. Another 140 structures were damaged. But firefighters were able to save 453 structures. bit.ly/4chpEvb

Just a heads up- On Friday 8-28-26. I had a Hay Broker call me from Denton Texas wanting 3000 bales cow hay. After I found out he was not a farmer I told him that I had no Hay to sell. The same day I had two more brokers call me; one from Dallas Texas and another from Ennis Texas. I told them the same thing- I do not have any Hay to sell to them. I can not stand people trying take advantage of people during hard times. If you are a farmer and need Hay, I will talk to you and see what we can do, but if you are a Hay Broker, do not waste my time or yours.
