I'd say we need a camshaft... and rocker arms too!
This came out of a 2012 Dodge Journey with a pretty rough misfire. As you see here the camshaft lobes are terribly worn and deformed, along with rocker arm bearings that have a ton of play.
The excessive wear on these components can lead to noise, performance issues, and further engine damage if left unrepaired.

We got this old Journey back up and running smooth again!
