Joe Bowman Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Reconditioning Technician!

Our Reconditioning Team plays an important role in getting our vehicles ready for the lot and, ultimately, ready for their next owner. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Do:
*Clean and recondition vehicles to dealership standards
*Detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles
*Perform basic vehicle preparation and cosmetic touch-ups
*Work closely with our Sales, Service, and Management teams
*Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
*Help ensure every vehicle leaving reconditioning is showroom-ready

What We’re Looking For:
*Dependable and reliable
*Strong attention to detail
*Able to work independently and as a part of a team
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Previous automotive, detailing, or reconditioning experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
*Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
