We are running at 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗞 call and delivery volume right now. Thank you for your patience—our team is moving as fast as we can 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬.

1. When you call, please have your address, tank location, and best contact number ready (payment can be taken over the phone if you prefer).

2. 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗧 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 to your tank/driveway—unsafe access may delay service.

3. If you are not in urgent need, please 𝗔𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦—it takes our team away from routing and deliveries.

4. 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦: secure pets, turn on outside lighting for after-dark deliveries, and a simple “thank you” goes a long way.
