If any of my employees send this to me we're having a meeting 🤨

I’m sure some customers are a little taken aback when the owner gives them a live demonstration of what was wrong with their vehicle. 😂 But I love getting to show people my work.

Would you prefer seeing what failed, or would you rather just know what needs to be fixed?

A guy commented on a news article about me and my shop and said real mechanics don’t have time to take selfies.

Well, if you fixed cars as fast as me, you’d have time to take selfies too. 😏🔧

I recently diagnosed and replaced the brake master cylinder on this 2010 Toyota Tacoma. After removing the master cylinder and inspecting the brake booster with a borescope, I confirmed that the master cylinder was leaking brake fluid into the brake booster.

This is the actual video I attached to the customer's digital diagnostic inspection so they could see what I found.
