This is my new favorite feature of the Matco MaxPro scan tool!Ā 

Before we ever touch a vehicle, I require my techs to scan it for codes, and we attach that report to the repair order. The MaxPro lets us compare previous scan reports side by side.

As a shop owner, this helps me verify our repairs, prevent the "ever since you did..." conversations, and be transparent with our customers.

I think the biggest thing I've learned owning a shop for the past few years is documentation, documentation, documentation.
